RE: Using the Geodisc with an SME 312s

There seems to be a discrepancy in the geometry parameters presented by SME for the SME 312-S tonearm. It might have a different alignment from the SME V-12 tonearm, which has null-points of 66-mm and 120.9-mm -- the same as the Geodisc. If you want to confirm the SME 312-S has a different alignment, measure the distance from the center of the spindle hole to the alignment null-point on the SME protractor. It should be 66-mm if it is the same as the SME V and the SME V-12 tonearms.
