I've never understood the pace, rhythm and timing thing. If two turntables, minus arms, are able to consistently and accurately spin the platter correctly how can they differ in terms of their ability to reproduce pace, rhythm and timing? Perhaps it's the tonearm and cart that make the difference? I'm not arguing. I'm just saying I don't understand it. Of course, I've never owned a Rega.
