Anybody with five thousand records should already own their own record cleaner. Actually, anybody with 500 records should own their own record cleaning machine. It's an integral part of the vinyl hobby.
A record cleaning service must be for somebody with less than 100 records and not planning to buy anymore. If you own two or three hundred records, you should be able to buy a very nice record cleaning machine for five dollars a record.
