Yes, it fluctuates about the same as your Lenco at +/-0.001-rpm. Occasionally it deviates by up to +/-0.002-rpm, but most of the time it varies only +/-0.001-rpm. However, my Sota takes just 20 or 30 seconds to fully stabilize.

I'm surprised it takes so long to stabilize. Do you have the RoadRunner connected to the Eagle? With the Eagle under RoadRunner control, it should eliminate any speed drifting during the warmup cycle. I would think it should stabilize within a minute or less if the RoadRunner is providing feedback to the Eagle.
Oh, it just occurred to me that perhaps the Lenco doesn't have a synchronous motor. If that's the case, the Eagle can't really do much to control its speed. Is that the problem? If so, I wonder if you even need the Eagle or any other type of turntable PSU.
Before I replaced Sota's stepper motor with a three-phase motor and Condor PSU that could be controlled by the RoadRunner, my Sota would start at 33.2xx rpm and gradually increase to 33.33x during the first hour of playing time. After stabilizing it fluctuated between 33.331 and 33.336, but it was annoying that it took more than an hour to warm up and stabilize. It wasn't too much of a problem for simply playing records, but I would have to let it run for an hour before beginning a recording session. ;-)
