Hi Johno,
You seem to be confusing the inner and outer groove radii with the null-radii. These are actually two different things. When you set up Conrad Hoffman's protractor template, you need to use IEC inner and outer groove radii of 60.325-mm and 146.05-mm. All you need to do is click on the IEC button and it will automatically insert these numbers. These represent the innermost and outermost modulated groove radii for standard LP records. In other words, these are the radial dimensions of the modulated groove envelope. The alignment null-points will be approximately 66-mm and 120.9-mm when using these inner and outer groove radii with the Lofgren A printing solution. Here is what your Conrad Hoffman protractor template should look like.
