I wouldn't convert it back to analog. I would convert the original analog master tape to digital and conduct all remastering processes in the digital domain. Then I would cut the master lacquer directly from the new digital master thereby eliminating additional noise and distortion created from analog remastering. The end product would be labeled "ADA" where the final A refers to cutting the master lacquer directly from the digital master.
