I think ASHRA and I share similar musical tastes partially because we are from the same area (Go Eagles!). Back in the day, Philly was a hotbed of music lovers due primarily to the incredible local music stations (does anyone remember WIBG and of course WMMR?) and rock venues (anyone remember The Electric Factory?).

Future ACOTDs should include local heroes like American Dream, Edison Electric Band, Good God, Nazz (Todd Rundgren) and Sweet Stavin Chain. Just a short list of some of my rock favorites. Many more greats if I include Jazz (as an organist, I have to mention Joey DeFrancesco), Soul, etc.
