Generally, 10-Hz is considered to be the ideal arm/cartridge resonance frequency. Anything lower than 8-Hz is considered undesirable as is anything higher than 13-Hz.
To increase the arm/cartridge resonance frequency you need to reduce the tonearm's effective mass. This is difficult if not impossible to do. You generally need to switch to a completely different tonearm that is designed for lower effective mass. You might be able to reduce your tonearm's effective mass very slightly by using a heavier counterweight positioned closer to the pivot to balance the cartridge.
To reduce the arm/cartridge resonance frequency you need to increase the tonearm's effective mass. This can be easily accomplished by adding mass to the headshell and also to the counterweight if required. Unfortunately, this does not apply in your case because your arm/cartridge resonance frequency is low enough as is.
It seems your arm/cartridge resonance is around 8-Hz or possibly just a little bit lower. It should work alright even though it would be desirable for it to be slightly higher. As long as your cartridge plays well and sounds good, I wouldn't worry about it. On the other hand, if you encounter problems as a result of your arm/cartridge resonance being too low, you will need to replace your tonearm with a lower mass tonearm. Either that or replace your cartridge with a lower compliance cartridge!
