Post a photo top and bottom of the subplatter, noting where the "warp" is. Maybe it could go to your local small-business type machine shop and be machined to take out the warp? I found an intelligent, reasonable priced machine shop / welder shop in OC by looking a a zillion Yelps...
A new subplatter could be machined from a billet. Not cheap either but a shame to let that 'table go to the scrapyard. To make an more-or-less exact copy - scanning it, creating a CNC file, aluminum, and machining - is probably $300-500 though.
A simplified design, say a solid cylinder of aluminum turned to the correct OD, a hole for the bearing shaft, and some clever workaround for those keyway holes, would reduce that to maybe $200.
"For Parts" tables comes up every so often on eBay- listen to your 124 while you wait it out??
If you don't mind me asking, how did it get warped? Looks like a pretty heavy Al or Zamak casting...
