and decided that the combination of Denon DP-75 table, VPI suspended plinth, and rare Denon DA401 tonearm was too perfect to split up. It sold for $1k recognizing it might have netted an additional - $100? - maybe - by selling them separately. I turned down two requests for separation in fact, although they might have just been tire-kickers. There were many tire-kickers, be prepared for it. It's a rig made in heaven (actually on Harry Weisfeld's workbench in the early days!) and it meant something to me to keep them together. I did sell a mint NOS DL-303 cart that had been running on the table most recently, separately. That made up for any shortfall on the table!
