RE: Contacting Bob Graham at Graham Engineering

Pretty much par for the course with Graham Engineering. Small mfr. so always give some slack but stuff like this is really unacceptable in 2017.

I know of people that had given up on receiving product and moved to other brands because of slow or no response.
