Hi There,
You can plug in your table right in off of your wall wart supply.. the dynamic isolator was a add on product which really was a bank of capacitors between the wall wart and table.
As long as you have the original spec wall wart you should be ok.
You can rebuild the dynamic isolator if you crack it open it won't be too difficult to rebuild.
