On a low voltage application like this, where "excess" noise will not be a significant concern, a high quality thin film metal film resistor will almost certainly be sufficient. If it were a higher voltage application, like a speaker crossover for example, I might consider a trimmed foil or non inductive wire wound in high end installations to ensure lowest noise. Thermal noise will be be dominant at these voltages, however, so the metal film is fine.
