Cart alignment swapping headshells

This question has likely been asked. I am unable to find a clear answer.
If I set up a cart and its headshell then remove and reinstall the same cart-headshell would this require an entire realignment?
Thomas Schick tonearm, Schick headshells, Denon 301R, Lyra Delos.
It is my wish to swap back and forth two cart-headshells. Both headshells would be Schick and clearly the tracking weight would need adjusted.
