Using track 1 on side 1 of the Analogue Productions Test LP to set balance (as the instruction manual said), I found the needle moved to the end of the first 'white' partition on the scale (so 1/4 of the way to '10').
This was with an MM cart plugged directly into the Fozgometer. So one channel of the cart is obviously louder than the other ... so doesn't that mean that when I use tracks 2 & 3 to get azimuth correct, one channel is going to read louder than the other on the scale? Because that's what happened and I could not get the Fozgometer needle readings to match up! :-((
