Thanks.

I got my hands on fixer upper. the 115/230 switch seems buggered up. No power when in 115 position.

I removed the 115/230 switch and wired the primaries for 230 and measured and then wired the primaries for 115 and measured.

I'm getting around 17.5 ohms in the 115 position and
65 ohms in the 230 position which seem to jive with your data.

When the 115/230 switchwas in the ciruit, the 115 position totally opened the primaries....

I think I'm ready to apply power now that I have some data.
