Regarding Dynavector, I think DV's US distributor is still "Toffco” in St Louis. Mike Pranka, if you're lucky and he's still there, went over the top to help me when the cantilever on my DV 20X-L got disappeared. He offered me a generous policy for exchanges of damaged carts. They only asked me where I bought it- fortunately I bought it at a legit dealer here in town... I sent the old cart and an embarrassingly small check and had a new cart in my hand in about 3 days. That is a great cart, a great company.
