Here's a trick I picked up from Doug over on Audiogon: get some small rubber O-rings of varying thickness and a diameter suitable for your tonearm stub. Slip the o-rings on behind the counter-balance weight and set VTF for low setting. When you want more VTF remove an o-ring or two. Makes changing VTF by small amounts very easy and repeatable.
