RE: de-noise, de-crackling

Sweetwater has it for $299. Bought it a week ago and still experimenting.

It certainly can remove pops, clicks, surface noise and hum but I'm still trying to balance that with loss of dynamic range and detail.

Compared to Vinyl Studio or Goldwave's clean up tools, it has a greater range of settings, but it does not provide the tracking splitting features of Vinyl Studio. I use it to edit before importing into Vinyl Studio.

I've recorded directly into all three. I haven't figured out how to record at 24 bit. The default is 32 bit float. You can down-sample to 24 bit when saving to wav files. I prefer not to down-sample. My DAC is limited to 24/96.

RX 3 is a stand alone product or can be used as a plugin.
