weren't many of the luxman DD tables made by micro-seiki?
luxman, micro-seiki and technics all sold some really excellent tables, esp. considering price. i would say that at current prices on the used market you can not go wrong with the good models from any of them. some day we may look back at this as a golden age of being able to get amazingly good turntables (with arms!) for $200-$300 on almost any given day.
