RE: Mounting distance for ESL S-2000 tonearm??? Pivot to spindle?

So what would one need to do in order to set this arm up according to Baerwald geometry? I'm attached to this geometry because I believe it's the best way to split the difference, all factors considered. Otherwise, not using Baerwald, how would I properly set up this arm? I'm confused.
