When I started examining them, it was fairly obvious that the Hunt was the only one that would work because its aluminum handle (extrusion) actually 'clamps' the carbon bristles, thus making electrical contact. The other two are like your Deema: with the bristle embedded in plastic. There may be other brushes, like the Hunt, where the bristles contact metal in such a way that a ground wire can be (electrically) attached to them, you'd just have to inspect them.
I'm glad I finally did try it though, it made a big difference!
