The speed problem with Rega TT's has been discussed (and poo-poo'd) here many times before. I happen to own a Planar 3 that still runs fast even after following all of Rega's recommendations. However, I've been doing some tinkering with a good friend of mine, and we hit on a fix for this a few weeks ago and are running with it.Here's the question: Are there any other TT's out there, whethere they be current or past models, that are known for similar speed issues? I'm not asking in order to cast dispersions and point fingers at other tables, I only ask because we think we may have came up with a good solution, and we'd like to try it out on other brands of tables besides mine.
Please help me out here.
