Wendel--- My 'first' impression is that it's ok, in terms of sonics. Not great to be sure, but as I listen a second and third time that may change :) I just wish Bruce and the E-Street Band would record live in the studio and mix down from there to give us the 'live band' type of sound (that they are famous for on stage)....I can tell you that I don't care for the strings on this album, they're not needed, but again, I've only listened to the album once....The 180 gram album is sturdy and flat, and the liner notes are great, so that's a plus.
