Hi Thom, that MkII Heirloom is a "wonderful musical piece of gear". I should know, I bought it from you. :-)) Hi Thom, it's Jim. It's kinda embarrassing actually. I have tuned & retuned the Heirloom many many times & while I've got the TT to really sing, I just can't seem to get the armboard area to level out. If I level the armboard area, the platter goes out of whack. I have no problem tuning the suspension of my AR Merrill & getting everything level but for some reason unbeknown to me, the Heirloom is a challenge. I have tried releasing the springs all the way & starting from scratch, etc. etc. Now, the armboard is not grossly out of whack though - just a very very slight tilt on the right side( if you are looking at the TT from the front). There, that was cathartic.....Well, anyone got an ideas?
