I have no idea about the difference between the 9 and 9A. Might be worth e-mailing Jolida. They answered a question for me reasonably promptly.
On the switches, play around. You won't hurt anything. I bet the Dyna might sound better loaded below 47K. Might try it. The stock tubes are pretty good. Others recommended to me are the EH gold pins and GT 12AX7-Ms (Mullard copies) GT just got some in.
Also might try some power cable rolling.
You are really going to be glad you got the Jolida.
