FWIW, Audiogon Bluebook suggests $200 for the 774 and $250 for the 774LC.
The 774LC looks a lot like Jelco 250ST to me.

Your 774SM appears to be a completely different animal from either of those. VE quotes a review from 1984 that lists a price of 197 quid.

Based on all that, if the bearings feel tight maybe you ask somewhere in the $350-$450 range? Just a wild-ass guess.
