There is no single multiplier to convert 100Hz cu to 10Hz. With AT (at least the ones tested) it's a sliding scale. A 100Hz cu of 6.5 = 15cu at 10Hz. A 100Hz cu of 10 = 18cu at 10Hz.
Not sure if the scale holds up beyond that. 100Hz cu isn't really a measure of compliance, rather a measure of tracking ability at 100Hz. This tidbit came from Luckydog the physicist and it makes sense to me.
The ML (microridge) tip will tend to do no damage until the ridge is worn down completely and the body of the tip makes contact with vinyl. At least that's what is claimed and that seems to hold up. I've put way over a thousand hrs. on various ML tips. Of course the ridge is fragile and probably more prone to fracture.
LC types vary, but a Quintet Bronze (FL) is 8 x 40um. The Quintet Black shibata is 6 x 50um. The ML minor radius is .12mil = 3.048um.
Tip quality and polish seems to make a big difference.
