What is your VTF setting?

When you posted to my thread a while back you mentioned two different settings. One was 1.7g which is on the lite side and 2.0g which is on the heavy side. Maybe you just wore out your stylus due to the excessive VTF?

Try using a Magic Eraser to see how that helps before you send it off to be fixed. I did this with my Shelter 901 when it started doing things like this. ME cleared it up and worked great from there on out.
