Truth is my preference for vinyl doesn't extend beyond a few vinyl rigs I favor. This includes cartridge and phono preamp. I've written about this many times before.I'd sell my records and switch to all digital if I had many of the vinyl system audiophiles recommend. I prefer vinyl for the records I own and buy because of the system assembled to play it on.
Vinyl with a characterless cart and an digital phono eq. might be a worthy thing for some people but not for me. I'd go all digital first.
Makes no sense, ZERO, for me to do this thing you are suggesting.
