I'm rather bewildered at your questions.

Do you know what a rectifier is? It's a component that changes AC into DC. The only place to look at ripple is after the rectifier on the DC voltage. I looked at ripple after the rectifier and also after the voltage regulator that's connected to the output of the rectifier.

I think it's time to end this discussion because I don't think you know what you're talking about. I provided three links to posts with measurements and they are self explanatory.
