This makes a lot of sense - as selling the table armless is useless - and then later I'd have to sell the old arm -- too much of a pain in the arse.
I like the upgrade idea posted by Dave Cope which will probably elevate what I have considerably. Then later buy something I won;t feel is heavily compromised. I like the TT1 but I will get that feeling in my gut - most audiophiles experience it at some point - the old "but what if I had just held out another month."
I'm going to Las Vegas May 4 too -- and hey you never know - win a $1,000 down there... ok dreaming.
