I have to agree with the majority of replies, that you are better off retaining the RB 250 and the Shure cartrige and spend the $800.00 on a better table. Look on Audiogon, there are plenty of tables that use an OEM RB 250 packaged with their tables. Many of the tables offered have an arm board which will allow for the RB 250. Later you acn upgrade the arm to further the analog proformance. Some ideas for tables are Basis 1400, Clearaudio Solution, Nottingham Horizon or Spacedeck, VPI MK III or IV or a basic Linn Sondeck all will elevate you analog to a level beyond what a nice $800.00 cartrige could.
Good Luck in you quest.
