Your problem might come from either/both a problematic arm/cartridge/TT match or poor TT isolation. You might start by finding a more stable platform for your TT. Then, watch for woofer travel on strongly modulated LP sections. If the stable platform doesn't cure the problem, move to set-up parameters, then to component matching.Whether or not you can hear the effects, subsonics can overload and even ruin both speakers and amps.
