If you're now using 2.4g VTF, as opposed to the recommended 1.5g, keep in mind that if you now reduce VTF in order to follow the advice given below, the skating force will decrease in magnitude, as well, because the root cause of skating force is friction between the stylus and grooves, and friction should be proportional in magnitude to VTF. So, maybe before messing with Anti-skate, you might want to see what happens when you just reduce VTF.
