At one time all these bodies and internals were made by Grace. Sumiko had a long-standing relationship with Grace. I have no idea if this is still true, or if Grace is still in business and someone else is making the bodies now.

It has been pretty well established the Pearl, etc are OEM versions of the Grace F8.
