When you starting bringing in neighbours A/C, then you are the one nitt picking about nitt picking. All I said was make the playback equipment and room the same and the cartridge and tone arm if possibe. If you are comparing apples, don't bring in an orange and say the apple is better. Thats not a basis for compariosn.
I also happen to disagree with the rsults of belt drives being soft sounding this way or that way. Its just more subjective crap IHO.
