Although indeed the magnetic anti skating can cause "hangers" from time to time. I may try the twisted cable trick. I use Shures, V15III (until i messed up my -last- good stylus...), M97EJ. Drop-in replacement, stylus to pivot distance is spot on. I use the original arm lift raised a little bit with the clip of a ballpoint pen...
I got the Decca a while ago, they may be hard to get and expensive now.
P.S. I mounted another DI arm (sorry not for sale) on a French ERA TT i got for free from th elocal hifi shop owner. Excellent results, the ERA spins nice and quiet. The Decca arm has a certain character you either love or hate. I love it, it sounds like music to me.
