RE: took delivery of a Steve Dobbins 'The Beat' tt.

i want to be clear that i still lurk here (and occasionally post) on the vinyl asylum and enjoy it even though i don't relate to many of the threads. there is not one thing 'wrong'. it has simply evolved away from higher end discussions so there is less for me to participate in and less reason to post about stuff i'm into. and the format does reduce the chance of the relatively few high enders to linger over the occasional high end gear thread.

i love all the talk about music and pressings, although the what's spinning threads can bury some interesting threads quickly.

i'm not advocating change, simply reacting to the OP's comment which resonated with me.
