You would have attended to the customer to begin with. He said he sent emails that went unanswered, messages left by phone that were ignored. That has been my experience as well with your company with unanswered emails. It's no wonder some of your customers come on here to vent.
But you are right, with some customers you can do everything right and they will still won't be happy with how they got treated.
