Good review Marc, very nice read. I was going to go the Teres or Redpoint Testa Rossa route this Fall, but I was persuaded to bring everything else up to speed first, so I'm an avid audience for testimonials. It is unlikely that the two tables will ever be compared, Teres has the advantage on looks and price, up to a point. Are you tempted by further incremental changes, like a platter upgrade?
One suggestion that I would remind someone, like a guy in Brooklyn who lives in an apartment with a family and does not have a lot of room or a dedicated room (am I giving myself away?), is that the slab/platform can be secured to a wall. This would mitigate the springy floors.
