I'm sure you wouldn't fall over yourself to follow up on that deal either!
I've learned to ask lots of questions before I buy by distance and have gauged many a deal on the Sellers responses (or lack thereof)
Amazing how many negatives some of those Sellers have fielded from other Buyers on deals I walked away from too. I think you have to be really proactive to pick up any bargains, but they are always out there
