its all about who you buy from. feedback is everything and if they have none, then buyer beware.my 2 experiences as an audiogon buyer have been very good. i met one fellow in person at a postoffice and got to inspect the goods, and the second guy was very courteous enough to send me a refund after ups played soccer with my box. also, choosing local buyers is a good place to start.
make sure you scope out your seller -- if you dont like their emails/phonecalls/terms of sale, then dont do the deal. simple as that.
