Very cute - but my 14 year old might know your point but I don't watch the show. Please explain yourself?'I believe (and TBone will put me right if I'm off track) that he is referring to an early episode involving a group of disabled circus folk who lived in a mobile home park. With budgets low and space limited they would while away the evenings listening to a portable radio and reminiscing about the good old days of the freak show. As everyone knows, good company, wine and music can dissolve the differences between a high end setup and a more lowly receiver when conversation takes hold. During a homicide investigation at the site, detective 'spooky' Mulder discovered that his love of music and conversation were indeed his driving force, not his system. This led to his 'eureka moment' as he uttered the immortal words to Scully from inside their motel room - 'Scully Scully - the truth is out there ... really'
I hope this was of assistance
