Sorry chuckles but you're the one who's obviously defensive about your selection of the Ikemi and you jumped all over my butt because I like the Pioneer more - sure it's obviously "defective" but so is the Linn, which IMO, is as colored as the LP12 and maybe even more. I don't have a problem that you've chosen to use such a player as your reference - but really you need to make it clear that it's your preference - not some objective standard for all of us to rise to.Obviously you're the one who can't move on. This thread has nothing to do with my comparison of the Pioneer or the Linn Ikemi comparison I did or my "Most Turntable Suck" thread. Yet there you are - stuck on the past - unable to move forward. You are just another one of my groupies like Steve Culton and Joe M. You are to me what Planar is to you. Theres such a beautiful synergy in life isn't there?
