Oh man, IMO there's only one way to really, truly find that out.
I'd say take your basic philosophy (which seems quite sound to me) of consolidation
as far as it can realistically go and hone that analog end to as fine as you can.
There's ALWAYS some compromise involved given the reality of where and how we live
and any room has its limitations to some degree. Seems you've given a LOT of thought
to your situation, so maybe just take it to that next (close?) level of one (best) TT set-up
and see if that does it.
Seems you are what?, 80% to where you want to be? Given that 100% MUST be impossible
(cause we need... hope) you might have 15 -18% (on a GREAT day) to devote to that ""is this
worth it given what my room allows this system to do? ".
There's only the one answer and way to truly find out.
I say go for it and make it as fun and sweet and enjoyable as possible.
