RE: Modern Materials In Turntables. Really An Advancement?

I have a Michell Hydraulic Reference. Although I am currently using an LP12, I have bought all the parts to rebuild the Michell, including a spare arm board and motor (all still available from Michell). It sound as good as anything I have heard, and is the most inert table I have ever worked with. You can tap on the table while it is playing and it does not miss-track.
