Most of use the hit or miss method ourselves. Here in the asylum are the people most likely to buy something before hearing it, just on the testimony of someone else.
In real life most people want to put their hands on something and experience it a little before buying.Not here.
If you were to start a thread asking for how many people have bought a component for their vinyl experience without ever having heard it, the response would be enormous. I would be at the head of the line.
