I believe this post is a genuine piece of HW handiwork. Somewhere along the line I received an email from VPI & this address rings a bell. Furthermore the "v" in VPI, if I am not mistaken, represents Virgo. The remainder, I'm guessing, is Mr. Weisfeld's birthdate. BTW I can understand the frustration evident in Harry's missive. Here is an individual who clearly & justifiably prides himself on his company's dedication to quality product & service. And because this forum is scrutinized by tens of people it is with much chagrin that he has to witness his hard work - and well-earned fine reputation - potentially undone by an ignorant moron or two. No manufacturer is immune to laying the occasional egg product-wise. That's what warantees are for. Rather than reaming the manufacturer in a public forum for producing crappy components how about contacting the maker first & see what they would be willing to do about? And I can't imagine any company standing by its products more than VPI does.
