Yeah--Your friend Andy located the XF1s for me. He knew someone who had been hoarding/collecting tubes over the years, and needed to sell off some--because he lost his job. I played them for a short while, then stored them away for a rainy day. The longer they sit, the more I hate to use them.I haven't decided to bid yet--I am also looking at a ST-35 (I am kicking myself for not going for the NOS ST-35 last year), and a
Fisher SA-100. I don't need a lot of power, because it is a small room/second system.
